Indraprastha Public Affairs Centre (IPAC) is committed to advancing civil society participation in governance and public affairs. Through advocacy, lobbying support and grassroots partnerships, we empower communities to shape inclusive policies and resilient futures.
About IPAC
Established in 2008 as the lobbying and advocacy wing of Shivi Development Society (SDS), IPAC has grown into a trusted non-profit organization supporting civil society organizations, grassroots leaders and marginalized communities.
Our mission is to create stronger engagement between people and governance by combining evidence-based advocacy with on-the-ground action. With the legacy of SDS’s three decades of rights-based work and IPAC’s focused advocacy approach, we bridge the gap between community voices and policymaking spaces.
