IPAC is an advocacy and policy support organization whose mission is to strengthen capacities and struggles of local communities, in particular marginalized groups such as landless workers, women, children and internally displaced people, to access and claim Human Rights and Social Justice. Simultaneously it seeks to make social justice interventions effective by helping NGO leadership to be strategic and effective in its engagement with public sector.

IPAC brings a critical perspective required for converting equity based social justice interventions into concrete results for a more equal world. IPAC’s mission of professionalizing advocacy activities completes the effective process triad with grassroots work and process of raising accountability issues of the State at the other two vertices. It tables strategic, effective & practical ways to realize people’s right to a just and democratic world and viable ways & solutions to impel governance processes & structures to implement policies and actions keeping our marginalized & excluded sections of population in the centre.
